The Iron Edge Crash Mat is made from high-density padding, ranging between 400 to 600mm thick, that comes in a standard size of 1800mm x 2500mm x 600mm. We wrap it up in a cover consisting of strong, rip-safe PVC-coated nylon fabric and whack two handles on either side for easy carrying (or even repositioning on-the-go). Our mats are made to order, and therefore, custom sizing isn't a problem.

Although the Mat will help you out in one regard, it won't make that rope climb, any less gruelling. The crash mat, you worry about the climbing upwards part and we'll worry about the rest.
